Support Us

SUAC relies partly on the financial support of Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness and the University of Sydney as well as very generous donations to the University of Sydney Sports Foundation Athletics division from our many supporters. In addition our athletes benefit from SUSF’s Elite Athlete Program. We especially thank our named scholarship benefactors which are:

  • Aleksandra Pozder Scholarship (current recipient Mackenzie Little)
  • Phillip Rundle Scholarship (Kailyn Joseph)
  • Jack Pross OAM Scholarship (Sean Szalek)
  • Collins/Peasley Scholarship (Rohan Browning)
  • Ian White Scholarship (commencing in 2023)

Detailed background to each perpetually named scholarship as well as how to provide a scholarship can be found here

In 2017 we successfully launched Target Tokyo, a 5 year program securing a Belgian training base entirely with our alumni & friend’s help. This provided our athletes with the best chance of making international teams & Tokyo Olympics which was achieved with a record 12 SUAC athletes representing Australia at Tokyo. Visit our Athletes page to see who this program assisted.  The detailed program can be found on the image or here. We plan on running a new campaign for Paris 2024 soon.
